I bought this safe to secure my Glock 23; I wanted something secure but easily accessible. The programming was easy and I was surprised at how sturdy and rugged the safe was. I very quickly and easily mounted it in my closet for fast access if needed.

A few cons are that it is a bit small even for my smaller Glock. You have to rotate the gun a bit to get it in through the opening. Also the padding inside kept falling down so I added a few pieces of Velcro in the top corners to secure it.

All in all, it a great value. It is highly secure for an inexpensive price.

I really like the Homak Pistol Box. It was quite easy to figure out the features and it will work great for storage of a handgun and other valuables if necessary. The access is quick and easy accept I don't care to much for the use of the HOMAK lettering in the code system. I'd much rather prefer a basic or normal numbering system only. Overall for the price, it is a good deal and you should be happy with it if your primary concern is inexpensive storage to keep your kids or family safe.
